Crazy ideas? What crazy ideas? It's science fiction, it gotta have fiction, the comics are just like this. The problem is that people are used to mcu which is so "realistic" and boring in some aspects. Mcu science looks boring af next to the science level of the comics and at this show

The anime takes a what-if alternate route set after Tony's escape, and Yinsen's sacrifice. Basically according to the anime which is according to hints and various callback set after the events of the first Iron Man movie it's revealed that Yinsen survived his heroic sacrifice attempt but he is then found by the terrorist group Zodiac and he allows them to brainwash him and turn him evil due to his immense grief over learning that the Ten Rings took his family and apparently according to the dialogue murdered by them as well. So Yinsen allowed Zodiac to turn him evil due to the grief he was feeling.

the olive colored armors were just drones. That armor model was mass produced and sold to the japanese military, if i remeber correctly.

@@rangerwill nah, in Iron Man story armors without pilots have always been weaker, way less resistent and way less powerful. In anyway, the two Iron Man (Tony and Yinsen) are at the same level bcs Tony has also made the blue armor, but it was stolen. If I am not wrong the blue was supposed to be better

Maybe Jarvis was installed in the server room of the Stark tower in NYC, and from there to Japan there was too much lag for Jarvis to be an effective assistant during combat. This anime is set between Ironman 1 and 2, probably after the events of this anime Tony sent into orbit a few satellites that granted Jarvis full world wide coverage. At least this is my head canon.
